The California Center for the Arts in Escondido is the arts and cultural center of North County.

The campus includes a concert hall, theater, contemporary art museum, art and dance studios, and a conference center. The Center offers education programs year-round and produces numerous free community events annually, such as First Wednesdays, Hidden City Sounds, Música en la Plaza, Día de los Muertos Festival, and more.

Accessibility

When you register for the Gathering, please describe the accommodations you need in order to fully participate. We will reach out to attendees to understand and meet your needs.

The Center for the Arts has designated accessible parking spaces, seating areas, stalls in restrooms, and elevators to all levels/balconies. It is located on a flat, paved property.

The Passenger Loading Zone, adjacent to the main entrance of the Gathering, is a convenient drop-off spot for attendees with limited mobility. Wheelchairs, wheelchair service, and hearing assistance devices are available to borrow for the day through the Center.

We are currently designing a plan for offering Spanish interpretation, in most if not all sessions, and will update this space with more information.
